(c) if you have failed to pay amounts owed to the Lund Resort.

Our Privacy Policy is effective March 18th, 2019 and is subject to change provisionally in the future. We reserve the right to update or change this policy as required. The revised policy will be posted on our website and we recommend referring back periodically to stay informed of any changes. Without your express consent we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy with respect to personal information already collected about you.
In addition, we reserve the right to change package pricing and inclusions based on market fluctuations and seasonal availability. Our website will be updated accordingly as any changes arise.
